The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration offers financial support to civil servants and other staff in the public sector for carrying out study visits, internships, training or network activities between the Baltic and Nordic countries.
The deadline for applications is 30 March, 2010.
The joint Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration was launched in 2009 to facilitate more harmonised public administration practices in the NB8 countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden.The programme is open for applications by individuals or groups of Nordic and Baltic civil servants and other staff with similar functions employed in public administration, authorities and institutions at all administrative levels (state, county, regional or local level) and from different sectors.
In 2009 the programme supported 32 cooperation projects between the Nordic and Baltic countries for the total amount of 1,4 million DKK.
The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration is jointly financed by the Nordic and Baltic countries, according to each country’s GDP data.
